These programs are designed to reward Heroes for services rendered. As the state's affordable housing leader, the Ohio Housing Finance Agency offers a variety of programs to help first-time homebuyers, renters, senior citizens and others find quality affordable housing that meets their needs. Heroes First Home Loans, a division of Churchill Mortgage Corporation, NMLS #1591, is an Equal Housing Lender. Hero programs and benefits are for qualifying borrowers and select loan types only and are not available in all states or locations and cannot be combined with state housing down payment assistance programs or other programs. Hero Rewards offers are limited and/or restricted in Alaska, Kansas, Louisiana, and Mississippi.
